What to expect in your first session with this dietitian?
I will always take the time to listen and truly understand the depth of what has worked for you in the past and what has not. We will work together to build your confidence and empower you to live your best life! By the end of our first session, we will have developed specific goals to tailor your needs and then our future sessions will always address those goals as we proceed to meet them.

Approach to care

My approach is grounded in personalized care, creating achievable goals that support long-term health. Drawing from my extensive yoga practice, I integrate mindfulness and present-moment awareness into my sessions to nurture both physical and emotional wellness. I believe in partnering with and empowering my clients to live fuller, healthier lives. I work with them to set goals that are realistic, personalized, and will ensure their sustained success. We are in this together and I love being there for my clients on their health journeys!

Here are some of my favorite things! Yoga, The Great Outdoors, Hiking, Reading, Camping, and most importantly Family Time!

Not only do I have over 18 years of nutritional counseling experience, but I have over 20 years as an avid practitioner of yoga. The practice of yoga has truly been life-changing for me, and I integrate my learnings from the mat to my practice off the mat as much as possible - living in the present moment and having gratitude for my life and purpose on this planet. I have done many different things throughout my career, and all my experiences have led me to where I feel I can truly thrive and help others - the most rewarding experience of all!
