About Me
Personally, I grew up playing sports and being very active. With that came nutrition. I originally thought I was “fueling my body properly," however, I always felt lethargic and was not eating a well rounded diet. I realized early on that I was not giving my body the nutrients it needed, which started to peak my interest in the nutrition area. I ultimately decided to go into dietetics to help people feel their best and learn what their bodies needed nutritionally, and why.

After a rocky relationship with food in my late teens, I began formally studying nutrition and building a healthy relationship with food to become a dietitian.
