What to expect in your first session with this dietitian?
During our first session, we'll start by discussing your health history to understand your background and current situation. From there, we'll transition into reviewing what a typical day of eating looks like for you. We’ll then focus on your specific goals and discuss a plan of action. By the end of our session, you'll have a clear understanding of the next steps and the foundation for a personalized strategy to help you start making positive changes.

Approach to care

I believe in an “all-food-fits” approach when implementing health goals! I practice nutrition through helping you make small, sustainable, realistic changes to your eating and movement patterns to help you achieve your goals. I help you deconstruct harmful dieting behaviors and promote small actions to build and support a healthy relationship with food & body.

Hobbies

I enjoy staying active and challenging myself through training and lifting weights. I also cherish my time with my husband, toddler, and our cats and dog. Balancing a busy work schedule, I find joy in the moments spent with my family and pets.

More About This Dietitian

Personally, I grew up a figure skater and recognized the role nutrition played in performance and recovery from an early age. After a rocky relationship with food in my late teens, I began formally studying nutrition and building a healthy relationship with food to become a dietitian. I now help people support their physical health and performance, while also supporting a healthy relationship with food. I further specialize in working with PCOS, digestive health, and prenatal clients as well.
