During our initial session we'll discuss your long-term goals, nutrition & exercise history and start to organize our daily goals to build success. I love providing a road map of what each month will look like and a tentative plan to achieve it. It's key we think long-term and develop sustainable habits that will allow you to reach your health and fitness goals while living a fun life. I never want clients to feel like they have to choose between living a fun social/family life and eating healthy. Our goals will be collaborate to achieve a successful balance.

Approach to care

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 10 years of counseling experience. With a Master’s degree in Dietetics and under graduate degree in Exercise Science, I specialize in working with clients looking to improve their body composition and/or sports performance. I have worked with all ages of athletes from high-school to master’s athletes. Along with my professional experience I have also personally competed in collegiate basketball, bodybuilding, USA Powerlifting Nationals, and CrossFit.

Hobbies

My personality is 50% dog dad, 25% work professional and 25% someone that takes pickleball way too seriously. My perfect day is enjoy a coffee with friends, walking my dog, eating some tacos and watching a basketball game on TV.

More About This Dietitian

I believe nutrition should be individulized for each person to reach their full potential. My goal is to create nutrition plans that achieve success, are sustainable for the long-term and allow you to enjoy life while doing it. In addition to using evidence-based nutrition practices I believe lifestyle, such as food preferences, family and social lives should be considered when developing a nutrition plan.

Greg helped me make amazing progress in the 4 months that I worked with him. I was able to lose an average of 3 lbs a week, and he was incredibly helpful throughout my journey. I'm down 28 lbs, and Greg's help was the driving force behind my progress!

Riley

Struggled with weight post-twins. Greg's expertise helped me shed 40lbs and balance family meals. His approach isn't just about weight loss, but wellness for the whole family!
