What to expect in your first session with this dietitian?
We usually begin our first session by getting to know each other a little bit. I also like to gather as much information as possible about your nutrition and lifestyle in order to create your personalized nutrition plan. Together, we'll explore your individual goals in depth and set realistic strategies to start achieving them. I'll then provide some initial nutrition education which will give you confidence to start reaching your goals right away. By the end of our first session, you'll have personalized strategies to achieve your goals feeling motivated to embark on your health journey.

Approach to care

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of counseling experience. I have a master’s degree in nutrition, and I specialize in working with clients who have pre-diabetes, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypertension, and those looking to improve their overall wellness, manage weight, change body composition, and optimize their athletic performance. Personally, I have run several marathons and am currently working towards completing the Abbott World Marathon Majors - next up, London!

Hobbies

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Love doing outdoor activities, but also enjoy a cozy time at home by reading a good book with a cup of tea. I enjoy running and participating in marathons as well as taking a nice walk with my dog. Cooking meals for my family and friend is also an exciting experience; and I absolutely love talking about nutrition, longevity and healthy lifestyle.
