Approach to care
I help clients find ways to make the process of planning, preparing, and actually eating meals easier and more enjoyable for people. Whether it is improving the diet with small changes or overcoming barriers to cooking and grocery shopping. I take a gradual approach, because change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Once habits are formed we start to find ways to take it to the next level without adding any stress. I focus on intentional and intuitive eating that focuses on what to add to the diet rather than what to subtract!
Hobbies
My favorite way to spend a Saturday is hitting a vintage market with some friends and eating at one of my favorite spots. I love live music and hiking or just spending quality time with my husband and dog.
